  • The Wreaths Across America

The Wreaths Across America ceremony will take place on Saturday morning, December 16th at the Houston National Cemetery. The ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM but volunteers are urged to arrive by 10:00 because parking is so limited. Consider parking at St John Neumann, which is about 3 blocks from the cemetery.
The goal is to lay a wreath on all 70K plus veteran’s graves. Donations may be made to Wreaths Across America - Houston. $15 will pay for one wreath.
While the wreaths are still decorated, the J. T. O’Callahan Assembly 2683 will be sponsoring a Patriotic Rosary in the Hemicircle at the cemetery on January 6th at 10:00 AM. This is another chance to participate in a patriotic event and to wear the 4th Degree Regalia - either full or social. Participants will meet at the cemetery chapel at 10:00 AM. The Rosary will be held in the center of the hemicircle, or in the chapel if the weather is inclement. “
