Brother Knight Dominic “Don” Alvin Psencik, age 81, born on May 12, 1939, to Joe and Bessie Psencik in La Grange, TX, died on Dec. 22, 2020, in Houston, TX due to complications resulting from the COVID virus. Don graduated from La Grange High School in 1957, moved to Houston and attended Business School. After moving to Houston, Don met the love of his life, Jo Ann Venarske and got married on Sept. 24, 1961 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Plum, TX. They had two daughters, Diana Lynn and Marsha. Don was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2917 for 39 years and served as Grand Knight and District Deputy. Don was also past-President of the Northside Columbus Club and was the club hall rental manager, as well as serving on many other committees. He was Faithful Navigator at Msgr. George A. Wilhelm Assembly. He was on the bowling team, helped with Bingo and managed to put on Volksfest. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and served as a Eucharistic Minister. Don is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jo Ann Psencik; daughter, Marsha Ward, and grand-daughter, Madison Ward; brother-in-law, Jim Venarske and his wife, Maria; nephews, Daniel and John Venarske; and niece, Katherine Venarske. Don was preceded in death by his baby brother, Joseph A. Psencik, Jr.; his parents, Joe and Bessie Psencik; his in-laws, Lawrence and Helen Venarske; and his daughter, Diana Lynn Psencik.
Brother Knight Victor Frank Virgadamo, passed away from Covid-19 on Friday, Dec. 4, 2020 at the age of 78. Vic was born on Sept. 27, 1942 in Houston, TX to Frank and Lucille Virgadamo. Vic attended Sacred Heart Catholic School Downtown, Assumption Catholic School and was in the first four year graduating class of St. Pius X High School – Class of 1960. Vic began his work career at Bakers Shoe Store where he met his beautiful wife, Patricia. He proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. Later, he worked at Finger Furniture. He started his own company, Greenspoint Building Services, in 1981 where he worked for 37 years until his retirement in 2018. Major accounts included St. Mary’s Seminary, St. Dominic Villa and St. Pius X High School. Vic was an ambassador of the Knights of Columbus Council 2917 and was Knight of the Year in 2019. Vic is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Lucille Virgadamo and his sister Mary Lou Fontana. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia; son Marc and wife Myra; grandchildren Marissa Virgadamo and Ashlee Lopez and husband Daniel; daughter Vicki Bradley and husband Danny; grandchildren Madilyn and Dylan.
Denise Bilnoski Caskey entered the loving arms of her Lord, on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, surrounded by family. Denise was born in Houston, Texas on February 24, 1983, to Diane and Charles Bilnoski. She grew up in Oak Forest, graduated from Waltrip High School in 2001. She graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2005. Denise married the love of her life, Glenn Caskey, on Aug. 18, 2007. Five years ago, the family moved to Liberty Hill, Texas, where she resided until her death. Denise is survived by her loving husband, Glenn and their daughters, Kaitlynn, and Sadie, of Liberty Hill. She also leaves behind her mother, Diane Bilnoski; brother, Patrick Bilnoski and wife, Marcy; sister, Laura Charbonneau Howlett and husband, Kieran. She is the niece of Brother Knight George Bilnoski. Denise was preceded in death by her father, Brother Knight Charles Bilnoski (2018), her paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Pete Bilnoski, maternal grandfather, Gerald Kasmoriski. And other family members that she loved and that loved her.
Brother Knight Eugene Hyman was called to eternal rest by Our Lord on Oct. 7, 2020.
Brother Knight Harvey Lee Trigg loved life but his robust life on earth was cut short by diabetes after only 73 years, and he went to be with the Lord in the presence of his beloved family on Sunday, September 29, 2019. Harvey Lee was born November 12, 1945 to Evelyn Mae Mikus and Wilborn Lee Trigg. He joined the Houston Police Academy in December 1967. He served the public with pride, integrity, and guts for 22 years. During this time, he married MaryAnne Ayo, and became a father to his son Tracey Lee Trigg, and his daughter, Valerie Anne Trigg Copley. After 22 years with HPD, Harvey took his retirement and set out to fulfill his lifelong dream of cooking and feeding people full-time after years of catering for church bazaars and fundraisers as a hobby. In 1989, he opened Harvey Trigg Gourmet Barbecue Catering and
restaurant, and in 1993, Trigg’s Café opened in Humble, Texas. Harvey was a fighter. He did things his way and unapologetically. He was definitely larger than life, and one of a kind.

Brother Knight Cleo Frank Syzdek, born March 17, 1931 in Bremond, TX to Victoria and Louis Syzdek, died on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in Houston, TX. Cleo Syzdek was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Bernice Bashinski Syzdek; dad, Louis Syzdek; mom, Victoria Syzdek; sister, Christine Slominski and her husband, Anthony “Tony” Slominski; brother, Edward J. Syzdek and his wife, Grace Syzdek; sister, Stella Snider and her husband, Lee J. Snider; sister, Eva Syzdek; and brother, Edmund Syzdek. He is survived by his children: Terrie Mattern and her husband, Glen; Melisa Janda and husband, Gary; John Syzdek and wife, Melissa; grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Tad Kresta and wife, Leta: Aiden Kresta, Grayson Kresta and Addison Kresta: Kristin Kresta; Priscilla Munoz and husband, Christopher Hulzar-Munoz; Jadyn Munoz and Ava Munoz; Melanie Janda, Pascal Seva, Gwendolyn Janda, and Garrett Janda; Ashlyn Syzdek, Amber Syzdek. Cleo was a devout Catholic and loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was actively involved in Assumption Catholic Church and was an active participant in the Harvest Years Group, St. Vincent de Paul, and was a Life Member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2917. Cleo and Bernice ran the poker booth at the church bazaar for many years. He worked for The Randolph Company/Prototype Machine for 51 years and retired at the age of 70. He also earned a degree from the Durham Technical College for air conditioning and refrigeration.
Brother Knight, Joseph Frank Sarrat, age 92, went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2020. Joe was born on August 9, 1927 in New Orleans, LA to John and Agnes Sarrat. Family meant everything to him, the family he inherited when he married Emelda Porter Sarrat and the family he created with Mel: Colleen (Ken) Carpenter, Steve (Rosanne) Sarrat, Anne Sarrat, Chris (Cindy) Sarrat, Mike (Christina) Sarrat and Paul (Christi) Sarrat; grandsons Scott Carpenter (Helen), Andrew Carpenter (Kelly), Michael Sarrat, Christopher Sarrat, Payton Sarrat, Joseph Sarrat and Jonathan Sarrat; granddaughter Jena Hansen (Dave); great grandchildren: Khloe Carpenter, Deacon Carpenter, Lincoln Carpenter, Evelyn Carpenter and Ava Hansen. Joe was a proud graduate of Jesuit High School, New Orleans and served in the Louisiana National Guard. Joe and Mel married on Oct. 13, 1951 and they moved to Houston, TX in 1963. Joe and Mel passed on their deep faith in God, lived the message to “love one another” and to cherish each other as family. Joe and Mel both volun-teered their time and were Associate Members of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word (Villa de Matel). Joe was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2917 and bowled with them for over 50 years.
Brother Knight Edward Earnest Okonski, Jr. left his family and friends on August 1, 2020, leaving behind a huge legacy. Eddie was born on May 28th, 1957 in Houston, Texas to Edward and Janie Okonski. He graduated from MacArthur High School in 1976. After high school he pursued his passion of wood-working by becoming a carpenter at Sutherland Construction and continued throughout his life until his death. Eddie became a Harris County Sherriff Officer in 1996, where he served his county proudly in various positions. There’s no question that Eddie loved the outdoors. He spent many weekends either in a deer stand, sleeping next to his beloved BBQ pit, or working in the yard and on the house. He literally never stopped. Eddie’s desire to help others was unlike any others. He would drop whatever he was doing for a friend or a stranger. He never met a person that didn’t turn into a friend. He had an infectious smile and a genuine personality. He is survived by wife, Pamela Ann Okonski; sons, Edward Okonski, III and his wife, Shelly, and Connor Okonski; daughters, Katye Okonski, Nicole Raska and her husband, Kevin, and Amanda Buford and her husband, Johnathon; grandchildren, Trent Key, Taylor and Jason Hollin, Luke, Harper, and Hadlee Raska, Kaylee, Aimee, Lucille, and Eleanor Buford. He is also survived by his parents, Edward and Janie Okonski; brothers, Samuel Okonski and his wife, Deborah, Greg Okonski and his wife, Darlene, and Brian Okonski; and sister, Mary Morrow and her husband, Dave.
Eloice Brom Zissa, of Houston, TX passed away on July 9, 2020. She was born on April 2, 1930, in Moulton, TX, to the late Christian and Vlasta Welfl Brom. She married Daniel Zissa of Shiner, TX in 1950 and moved to Houston to begin their life together and raise their family. She lost Dan (Brother Knight of Council 2917), in 2015 after 65 years of marriage. Survivors include her two sons: Brother Knight Greg Zissa (Suzanne), Brother Knight Richard Zissa (Sharon) and two daughters Theresa Lewis (Don) and Patsy Bedford (Paul); 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great- great grandchild; her sister Joyce Berkovsky She was preceded in death by her parents: Christian and Vlasta Brom bothers: Eugene Brom, Elvin Brom and sister Evelyn Raab.
Lillie Mae Machicek, sister of Brother Knight Benny Okruhlik, went home to be with the Lord on July 7, 2020 at the age of 85. Lillie was born to John B. and Mary (Castecka) Okruhlik on March 22, 1935 in Praha, TX. She grew up working hard on the family farm. Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Sr., in September 2017. Lillie was also preceded in death by her first-born infant son, Edward Joseph, and her brother, Ernie Okruhlik

Brother Knight, Daniel Leroy Mozisek, 73, of La Grange, Texas died Sunday, May 10, 2020, at his home in Katy, TX. Daniel was born Nov. 18, 1946, in La Grange to Anton and Annie Mozisek. He served his country in the U.S. Army. He retired from Schulte Building Systems in 2015 He spent much of his free time and retirement in La Grange as a rancher. He was a life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) and a member of the Calf Scramble Donors Committee, serving as chairman from 1991-1993. He was a life member of the HLSR Calf Scramble fraternity Delta Alpha (DA), a life member of the HLSR High Bidders and a life member of the HLSR 189 Club. Daniel was also a long-time member of the Houston Farm & Ranch Club. He was an honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 2917 in Houston. He was a life member of the Vietnam Veterans of America and a member of the American Legion, Wounded Warrior Project, National Rifle Asso. and the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Asso. Brother Knight James V. “Jim” Descant, Jr., 81, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019 in Houston, TX. He was born on Jan. 21, 1938 in Houston, TX to James Valle and Hazel Descant. Jim graduated from Reagan High School in 1958 and then served in the U.S.Army. On May 27, 1966 he married the love of his life, Sandra Louise Russell. He was co-owner and President of Building Specialties, Inc. from 1974-2005 which was established by his father in 1951. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2917. Jim was an avid fisherman and could be found fishing in San Leon, TX. Jim was preceded in death by his father James V. Descant, Sr. and stepmother Fay Descant, mother Hazel Trimble and stepfather Raymond Trimble and sister Shirley Klotz. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sandy Descant; brothers Douglas Descant and wife Frances, Ray Trimble and wife Sharon; sisters Charlene Pasket and husband Frank, Tavia Messana Mitchell and husband Pat, Joanie Lane and husband Tommy, Jan Cheek Ballard and husband Keith; brother-in-law Barnard Klotz and wife Mitzy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Brother Knight Sam Victor Sarao, 76, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019. He was born in Houston, TX to parents, Mary Ann & Andrew J. Sarao, Sr. Sam graduated high school from St. Pius X, and received his BA and MED from St. Thomas University in Houston, TX. He was a teacher at Sam Houston High School for 30 years. Sam was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, council 2917. He is survived by his siblings, Andrew J. Sarao, Jr., and Ann Marie Sarao Deason (Jerry); nephew, Stephen Deason (Mel); great-nephews, Nathan Deason and Drew Deason.
Margaret Ann Marshall Syzdek of Tomball, TX joined her Lord & Savior on Dec.16, 2019 after a 17-month struggle with cancer. Margaret was preceded in death by her loving and dedicated husband of 58 years, Brother Knight Fred L. Syzdek, son Kevin Syzdek, parents Mary & Edward Marshall and brother Johnny “Sonny” Marshall. LaRetta Denise Whitley, of Huffman, TX, born July 17, 1974, passed away on Dec. 14, 2019. Left to cherish her memories are husband Roger Whitley, grandmother Zelda Mae Henderson, parents Leslie Henderson & Nora Henderson, daughters: Kayla Sue Gill & husband Clayton, Brandy Matocha and her husband Justin, sons: William Walden, Christopher Whitley & his wife Shannon, Rodney Whitley and Kristi Bird, ten grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Edith Viola Pavlicek, peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019. Edith Viola Pavlicek was born in Engle, TX March 21, 1927. She was born to Charles and Julia Marek Jalufka. Edith was the youngest of seven and last surviving of the Jalufka siblings. She was united in marriage to James Pavlicek on June 16, 1949, at All Saints Catholic Church, Houston Tx. Their marriage was blessed with four children Cecelia, James Michael, Patricia, and Cynthia. She was a member of SPJST Lodge 88. Edith worked at Hogg Jr. High cafeteria for 13 years until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband James Pavlicek and son- in-law Ronald Piwetz. She is survived by daughters, Cecelia Piwetz (Council 2917 Ladies Auxiliary member), Patricia Faske and husband Dennis, Cynthia Alexander and husband Bobby, and son, Brother Knight James Michael ”Hippie” Pavlicek. Grandchildren, Christine and Stephanie Piwetz, Brittany Faske, Nicole Alexander Cody and husband Travis, and Vincent Alexander. Great grand children, Cason, Luke and Lucille Cody.
Theodore Ed Bashinski, of Bremond, TX went to be with his Lord with his family by his side on December 12, 2019 at the Hospice Brazos Valley in Bryan, Texas at the age of 93 years old. He was born to Lawrence Bashinski and Anastazia (Kubiak) Bashinski in Bremond, TX on November 1, 1926. Ted married Agnes Wrzesinski in 1953. They spent almost 62 years together prior to her passing on Aug. 17, 2015. Ted had lived in the Bremond community for 38 years previously living in Houston. He was a member of KC Council 2917 before transferring to the Bremond KC Council. He was preceded in death by parents, wife, brothers; Albert Bashinski, Clem Bashinski, and Marion Bashinski, Raymond Bashinski; sisters; Sr. Mary Rosamund Basinski, and Josephine Bashinski. He is survived by daugh-ters: Diane Amalfi (Steve) from Houston, Debbie Rekieta (Daniel) of Bremond Kathy Czajkowski and husband Kie of Bremond; son: Ted Bashinski Jr (Jeanette) of Chappell Hill.
Cheryl Wick Bird, daughter of Brother Knight Joseph Wick, passed away at age 52 on Thanksgiving Day, 2019 from stage 4 cancer.
Brother Knight Jose S. Hernandez, born August 27,1943 in Houston,TX to Guadalupe and Leandro Hernandez. Jose was called away November 26, 2019 to be with his Lord and Savior. Jose was active in politics, real estate, insurance and family. One of his passions was dancing. He started this as a regular dancer on the Larry Kane Show every Saturday on Channel 13. He was a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Jose had a heart of gold always trying to help friends and family. He was a wonderful husband and father. He was proceeded in death by his wife Gloria Ann and is survived by his daughters and their spouses, Catrina and David Grueneberg, Maria Elena and Jesse Rodriguez, and son Esteban Hernandez. Grand-children: Joshua Howerton, Christina and spouse Luis Bonilla, Teresa Hernandez, Jessica Rodriguez, Matthew Rodriguez and great grandson Jacob Bonilla.
Brother Knight, Clifford Richard Jenke, 92, of Spring, Texas was born in Houston, Texas on February 26, 1927 to the late Sam and Jennie (Guerrero) Alvarado. He passed from this life on July 31, 2019. Clifford was a loving father, brother, uncle, and friend. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1942 to 1954 which included facing combat in WWII and the Korean War. Clifford was an outgoing and friendly man who never met a stranger. He was proud to earn his black belt at the age of 55 and continued to stay active for as long as his body would allow. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Those left to cherish Clifford’s memory include his 4 children: 3 sons, Jeffrey Paul Jenke, Clifford Joseph Jenke, Mark Charles Jenke and wife Delia, and daughter Regina Marie Green; 6 grandchildren: Michael, Paul, Nichole, Tonia, Jordan, and Zachary; 6 great-grandchildren: Kendall, Brielle, Blake, Haili, Jazzmine, and Marissa; sister, Dorothy Thompson; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Dolores and Lillian; and brother, Robert.
Brother Knight Vincent Joseph Lima, Jr., (1941-2019) age 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019. Vincent graduated from St. Thomas High School in 1959 and attended UT, SHSU and U of H. He retired from Pipe Fitters Union 211 after 34 years. He was a 45 year life member of Knights of Columbus Council 2917 and member of Sacred Heart Society. Vincent and Diane enjoyed many years of square and round dancing. Survived by his wife, Diane of 58 years; twins, Tyron Lima and Tamlyn Gregg; grandchildren Victoria Gregg, Tyler Lima and Taryn Lima.
Brother Knight John Fox, born July 30, 1932 in Indianapolis, Indiana to James and Marie Fox, died on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, in Houston, TX after battling multiple types of cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Joan; his children, Chris Fox, Joe and Melissa Fox, Sue Fox, Pat and Senly Fox; and grandchildren, Isabelle and Ethan Fox. He is also survived by his siblings, Frank and Claire Fox, Mary Seal, Catherine and John Gentry, Fr. Tom Fox, OFM, and many nieces and nephews. John was devoted to God and a dedicated servant of the Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus, Council 2917. John was also a longtime member of St. Rose of Lima parish where he served on the Men's Club, Parish Council, Respect Life Committee, and served as a Eucharistic Minister. He supported Right to Life and Pro-Life causes serving as the Pro-Life Chairman for Council 2917 as well as leading the Pro-Life Rosary at St. Rose. John graduated from Cathedral High School in Indianapolis and St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. He liked staying busy and had many different hobbies over the years including fishing, bridge, wood-working, gardening, beading, jewelry-making and collecting.
Brother Knight Ernest Charles Bugaj, 94, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019 where he was reunited with his beloved wife. Ernest was born on Oct. 2, 1924 to Steve and Hedwig Bugaj in Chappell Hill, TX. He is survived by his brother, Steve Bugaj and wife, Frances of Houston, his sister Elizabeth Tarnowski of Somerville, TX and sister-in-law Emily Bugaj of Houston. Ernest was one of ten siblings, most of which have preceded him in death: Walter, Chester, Max, Frank (twin brother), Regina, Natalie and Angelina. Ernest and his wife, Barbara were married 71 years and lived happily ever after in the Heights until Barbara’s death in May of 2019. Ernest and his wife were members of St. Rose of Lima parish. Ernest actively worked in the St. Rose Food Pantry. He was a member of the Men’s Club and Knights of Columbus Council 2917. He also participated in the neighborhood VFW Chapter. Ernest served the United States of America in World War II. He was a fighter pilot in the Air Force and flew a B-24 plane called The Silver Witch. He flew 69 missions in 89 days and was shot down over Nazi Germany and taken prisoner. He escaped from a prisoner of war camp. His patriotism has been a wonderful example to all who knew him.
Brother Knight George Nicholas Zuckero, beloved husband, loving father and adoring grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019, at the age of 81. He was surrounded by his devoted family. George was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, TX, on October 18, 1937, to Nicholas Lawrence Zuckero and Phillipine Cuccerre Zuckero. George was the eldest of three siblings, all raised to value their Sicilian heritage. He attended Christ the King Parochial School and graduated from St. Thomas High School in 1956. He served in the Army and Army National Guard for eight years, and during this time, he attended the University of Houston, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business in 1964. In 1967, he met the love of his life, Damiana Garza, while they were both members of the Catholic Alumni Club. It was love at first sight, and they married on June 30, 1968, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Houston. They recently celebrated their fifty-first year of marriage.
Marilyn M. Kainer, 89, was born July 31, 1930 in Dannebrog, Nebraska and passed away on Sept 2, 2019 in Cleveland TX. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Brother Knight Arthur S. Kainer; brother, Clifford Lyle Haggstrom; daughter-in-law, Edna Lee Kainer; grandson-in-law, Thomas Castleschouldt. She is survived by her son, Arthur C. Kainer; daughter, Cynthia M. Forth and husband Charles; grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Marilyn worked for Earle M. Jorgensen Co. for 20 years and for St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church for 10 years. She was a member of the St. Charles Borromeo Altar Society, K of C Council 2917 Ladies Auxilary, was a past member of the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Council, the St. Charles Borromeo School Board,
St. Charles Borromeo Home & School Association, and the Seton School Board. She had the pleasure of working under three Parochial Vicars at St. Charles: Msgr. Thomas Wendland, Fr. Alcuin Greenburg, and Msgr. Francis G. Wearden.
Ralph Guerra Reyes, of San Antonio, TX went to be with our Heavenly Father Aug. 29, 2019 in Tomball, TX at the age of 72. He was born February 4, 1947 to John and Oralia Reyes in San Antonio, Texas. Ralph is preceded in passing by his parents, John and Oralia Reyes. Ralph worked at Handy Andy, Walgreens, and as a Park Police for the San Antonio Police Department.
Brother Vincent Paul Kubiak, born Nov. 29, 1951, passedaway on August 26, 2019 in Houston. Vincent graduated from Sam Houston High School. He worked as a plumber for 43 years. Vincent loved nature, history, spending time with family, country music and learning new things. For several years, Vince was active in square dancing and was the president of North Star Singles. Vincent was a 47 year Honorary Life member of Knights of Columbus Council 2917. Preceded in death by his father, Brother Knight Raymond Frank Kubiak, Vince is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sally Kubiak; his son, Zachary Kubiak; his mother, Victoria Bernice Slenk Kubiak; his sister, Wanda Ann Noskrent; his three nieces and numerous cousins.
William Edward Bollom, of Brazos Country, TX, loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away at the age of 94 on Aug. 23, 2019. Bill was born on Dec. 24, 1924, in Hallettsville, TX to Louis and Clara (nee Janak) Bollom. Raised in Weid, TX, he was a hard worker from an early age, working his family’s land with his six siblings. A proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served on the USS Harris during World War II; afterwards Bill commenced a 40 year career with Southern Pacific Railroad. He was a humble man who considered himself lucky to have two great loves in his life: his first wife of 41 years, Lillian M. Bollom (nee Putska, Dec. 1988), with whom he shared 7 children; and his second wife of 27 years, Frances S. Bollom (nee Spaniel and Pustejovsky, Dec. 2018), with whom he was a proud step-father to 5. Bill was preceded in death by his: father; mother; wives; sons Lawrence, Anthony; and grandson John Taylor Roberts. Bill shall be forever remembered by his children, Brother Knight Robert (Rosalie), Marcus (J’Don, 2018), Brother Knight Kenneth, Deborah (Gregg) Roberts, William, and his step-children, Robert (Baiba) Pustejovsky, Michael (Marion) West, John (Susan) Pustejovsky, James (Kathy, Dec. 2015) Pustejovsky, and Mary (Mike) Goldsby. His daughter-in-law, Fabienne Bollom, and many grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Brother Knight Jaime Jaime, a loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 29, 2019 at the age of 82. He was born in Driscoll, Texas to Vidal and Lydia Jaime on July 10, 1936. Jaime is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Elva; sons Vidal Jaime and Rodney Jaime (London); daughter Elizabeth Gonzales (Mitch); grandchildren David Jaime, Lauren DeLoach, Mitchell Gonzales and Gabby Gonzales. He is preceded in death by his parents Vidal and Lydia Jaime, his brothers Daniel, Rafael, Vidal, Andreas R., Humberto, Andreas; sisters Severa, Engracia, Amalia (his twin), Mary, Lupita, Paulita. Jaime was an amazing chef by profession who shared his culinary talents for over 30 years with the prominent Houston Club, the historic Shamrock Hotel, and other private country clubs. He served his community for 44 years as a Third Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council #2917. Most noteworthy, Jaime was a man of incredible faith, family and integrity.
Elbert Eugene (“Gene”) Goins, Jr., born July 23, 1927 died peacefully at the age of 91 on Thursday, May 30, 2019, surrounded by his loving and devoted children. He was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. Proceeded in death by his loving wife, Anna Magdalene Cleboski Goins, his parents, Elbert Eugene Goins Sr. and Isabel Standly Goins; sisters, Elberta Goins Coulter and Virginia Goins Usher; son, Timothy Goins; granddaughter, Margaret Goins; and great grandson, Jack. Brother Knight August Alois Trojanowsky 1918-2019), loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on May 17, 2019 at the age of 100 with his family by his side.
Frances Rekieta Mileski, age 98, died peacefully in the home that she loved, on 6/15/2019, with her two surviving children at her side. Frances was born to the late Edna and Steve Rekieta on 9/30/1920, in Bremond, Texas, which was her childhood home. She was the second of six children. Frances was married to Brother Knight Kie Mileski in 1944, who predeceased her in 1995. She had three children: Billy Mileski, Barbara Mileski Ryals, and Debbie Mileski Longano. Frances was an active member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, serving her church in several capacities. She was also a member of the Knights of Columbus (Council 2917) Ladies Auxiliary. She is predeceased by her older sister, Mary Rekieta, her younger sister, Louise Stoever, and her two younger brothers, Pete and Paul Rekieta. Frances was also predeceased by her daughter. Barbara Ryals (2015); her son-in-law, John Ryals (1995); She is survived by her youngest sibling, Floyd (Sandra) Rekieta; her son Billy (Jenny) MIleski, Debbie (Bernie) Longano, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Barbara Bugaj, 93, of Houston, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 26, 2019. Barbara was born on Oct. 10, 1925 in Brenham to Chester and Annie (Kasprowicz) Baranowski. On Nov. 15, 1947, she married Ernest Bugaj. They made their home in Houston. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Annie Baranowski; brothers, Leonard and wife Janie and Alphonse Baranowski and wife Billie Hope. Barbara will be missed by her loving family: husband of 71 years, Brother Knight Ernest Bugaj; nieces and nephews, Janice and Rodney Marek, Steve and Dawn Baranowski and Wayne and Elaine Baranowski; great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Sudie Nowak, born August 11, 1914, in Bremond, Texas, passed away in Houston May 21, 2019 at the age of 104. At four years old, Sudie moved to the Heights in Houston with her
parents. On Oct. 3, 1936 she married Charles Nowak. Sudie was a member of the Catholic Daughters Court Christ the King #1750. She is proceeded in death by her loving husband, Charles Nowak, mother and father Mary and Adam Andryan, sisters Tina Andryan, Theresa Smith, Dorothy Bielamowicz, and Rosemarie Galla. She is survived by her loving daughter, Marjorie Rivette; sister-in-law, Florence Sivcoski; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Sudie was the aunt of our Brother Knights Mike and John Galla.
Brother Knight Leon Swiech, age 94, was born on August 8, 1924 and went to be with our loving Lord on Thursday, April 25, 2019. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Memberships included a lifetime member of Knights of Columbus Council 2917, Kolbe Seniors, and PNA Lodge 165. He is survived by his beautiful, loving wife of 72 and 1/2 years, Christine; their two daughters and spouses: Connie and Jack Lawson, Tammie and Brian Bartkowiak; granddaughters: Jennifer Romero and husband Craig, Deanna Worthen and husband Chris, and Marissa Bartkowiak; great-grandchildren: Blake Romero, Avery Romero, Jules Worthen, and Brooks Worthen; sisters: Margaret Strelec, Verna Wagner and husband Anton; sister-in-laws Dorothy Swiech, Willie Mae Kubiak, and Beverly Marshall; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Brother Knight, Marion A. Kasowski of Houston, TX, passed away on Saturday March 30, 2019 at the age of 83. Marion was born on August 21, 1935 in Marlin, Texas to Mary and Phillip Kasowski. He grew up in Bremond graduating from Bremond High School in 1953. He moved to Houston and met his future wife, Florence Jozwiak. Marion joined the Houston Police Department and graduated from the Police Academy in1957. He became a uniformed Officer in Houston until being drafted into the U.S. Army in 1958. After boot camp he attended the U.S. Army Engineering School where his training was interrupted when he was sent to Korea. Upon returning from the military he resumed his duties at HPD working his way to become Captain in Charge of Planning for HPD, the Director of Training for the Houston Police Academy, and then Captain of the Narcotics Division. During his time in HPD he also acted as a consultant for St. Joseph Hospital, an instructor of Police Organization and Supervision courses at the University of Houston, and served as a member of the Sam Houston State University Criminal Justice Committee. Marion was an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council #2917, becoming a 4th degree knight and ultimately being elected as Grand Knight, leading the efforts to plan and build a new hall on Whitney Street in Houston. After 20 years of service at HPD he retired in 1977. Marion went to work for St. Joseph Hospital full time as Director of Special Services coordinating the safety and security activities for the hospital. In April 1980, he acquired Kwik Kopy Printing. After 9 years with St. Joseph he moved on to support the printing company full time, eventually acquiring a second Kwik Kopy in 1986. After 25 years in business he officially retired. Marion is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Florence; children: Karen Wisniskie [Ray], Cheryl Schmidt and Jennifer Johnson [Jeff]; numerous grandchildren; siblings: Helen Borski, Frank Kasowski [Kathy], Stanley Kasowski [Evelyn], Leonard Kasowski [Margaret], and Robert Kasowski [Elaine]. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Phillip Kasowski, and his siblings, Eleanor Thomasson, Pauline Stubblefield, Louise Wilson, Theresa Okonski, and Josephine Bielamowicz.
Brother Knight Paul Mitchell Turlock, 76, a longtime resident of Houston, Texas and a loyal member of Annunciation Catholic Church, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 16, 2019. Paul was born August 28, 1942 in Bremond, Texas to John and Florine Turlak. Shortly after graduation he made his way down to Houston. In 1962 at a dance at Bill Mraz Hall Paul met the love of his life, Joyce Lipinski. They were married on September 28, 1963. Paul spent most of his adult life in the Shipping and Chartering business. After graduating from Southwestern Business University in 1962, Paul started Mar-Tex Shipping and Handling—a business that proudly withstood the many ups and downs in the shipping industry. Paul was an avid reader and gardener, feeding the neighborhood with his bounty of tomatoes, okra, blackberries and greens. Paul was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Joyce; his daughter Michelle and her husband, Thomas Isler; his grandson, Nolan Isler; his four brothers: Floyd “Shorty” and his wife, Jane; Gene and his wife, Wanda; Johnny and his wife, Nancy; Bobby and his wife, Dawn; his brother-in-law Jerry Lipinski and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was a proud Catholic and a 53 year Lifetime member of Knights of Columbus Council #2917 which he joined on March 1, 1966. Fittingly he attended Mass, received Holy Communion, went to Reconciliation and participated in the Stations of the Cross hours before his peaceful death at home.
Rita Kenjura Rekieta, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, February 26, 2019. Born in Brenham Texas on February 29, 1932 to Frank and Gertrude Kenjura, she later met and married her lifelong love, Paul Rekieta. While Rita worked the vast majority of her life as a secretary for the District Attorney and as sales manager for Sarah Coventry and Park Lane Jewelry, she took special pride in serving others, be it as a Den mother in the scouts, working with the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, the 50+ club at St. Matthew’s or as an active member of the Altar Society. She was an especially proud mother to son, Paul and his wife Rhonda; daughter, Sharon and son, Bob and his wife Celeste. One cannot begin to describe the love she had for her grandchildren, Kristen, Melanie and her husband Riaz, and Nick and his wife Kayla and her great grandchildren--Veronica, Dylan, Camille, Christian, Avery, SylviaMarie, AudreyRose and CeciliaJayne. Her friends will remember her as avidly working in the Knights of Columbus kitchen, being involved in church functions and arranging bus transportation for gambling trips to Louisiana. Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Brother Knight Paul Rekieta who passed away in 2010.
Brother Jake Ragusa, Sr., born November 7, 1919 in Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the age of 99. Preceded in death by his loving wife of over 71 years Rose, and daughters Rosemary and Vita. Family was at the central core of his life. Jake is survived by daughter Chris and Paul Montalbano, son Jake and Elysia Ragusa, Jr. and son-in-law Sam Rose. Brother Florian J. Stolarski, 89 , was born on April 19, 1929 in Chappell Hill, Texas and died on Friday, January 25, 2019. He was a Houston area entrepreneur and business man for nearly 70 years most notably in the grocery, dance hall, ready-mix concrete, and charitable bingo industries. He founded Florian’s Finer Foods and Dance Town USA. He was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a Knight of Columbus. He is preceded in death by his wife Agnes Kmiec Stolarski, son David Stolarski, parents Tom and Theresa Stolarski, brother Tommie Stolarski, and sister Dorothy Cegelski. He is survived by: daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Richard Wisnoski, sons and daughter-in-laws, Robert and Karen Stolarski, Joel and Percilla Stolarski, and Michael and Cheryl Stolarski. Grandchildren: Kyle and Paislea Stolarski, Valerie and Frank Altamuro, Vanessa Wisnoski, Kevin Stolarski, and Jennifer and David Romano. Brother Sir Knight Daniel Edwin Brogee Sr., Feb. 26, 1930-Jan. 7, 2019, age 88, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. Daniel was born in Lima, Ohio to Brookie Elizabeth Smith and Martin William Brogee. He had 2 siblings Robert and Evelyn Jean Brogee. After serving in the United States Marine Corp, Dan married his love Maria Socorro Castorena. They moved to Houston, Texas where they built their beautiful lives together. Dan and Maria have been married for 55 years and have 3 children, 12 grand-children and 8 great grandchildren. Daughter, Maria Elizabeth Brogee married to Enrique Garza and have 6 children. Son, Danny Edwin Brogee Jr., married to Alejandra Vasquez and have 3 children. Daughter, Susie Brogee married to Andres Acosta and have 3 children. Dan served in the United States Marines, 1st Division, He retired from the US postal Service after 33 years. He played football during high school and his 4 years in the Military. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th degree council 2917, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #63, Lorenzo de Zavala Lodge #1397, and the National Association of Letter Carriers #283. Dan was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
Brother Knight Jaroslav (Jaro) Nevlud, 92, born April 21, 1926 in Mont (Hallettsville) Texas, passed away peacefully at his home on January 2, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Nevlud and three siblings, Justina, Lily and Laddie. Jaro leaves behind his loving wife of 71 years, Henrietta; a sister Marie Stryk and his eight children: Paul (Shirley), Mark (Donna), Connie (Tom), Jerry (Gail), Claire (Charles), Cynthia (Billy), Phillip (Kelli) and Tim (Laura); 22 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Eric S. Henderson, born May 29, 1979 in Houston, Texas to Billy and Doris Henderson, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2019, peacefully, at his home in Houston, Texas. Eric enjoyed going to the movies, Houston sports teams (the Astros, Texans, and Rockets). He was an avid gamer. He worked in the oil and gas industry for many years, the last four years were with Forum Technology. Eric was preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray Henderson; grandparents, William and Pat Henderson, Ben and Martha Kainer and Aunt Sandra Henderson. Brother Knight Enrique "Henry" C. Gutierrez, born April 5, 1942 in Freer, TX, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 in Houston. Moving to San Antonio at a young age, Henry enlisted in the US Navy upon graduation from high school. He received his
Bachelor’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. As a marketing representative for Kellogg’s, Henry was transferred to Houston where he became actively involved in several community and church organizations. Henry was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 2917 and a Fourth Degree Knight with Assembly 1094. Henry is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Gloria; son, Philip; grandsons, Alec, Jason and his wife, Karina; and great-grandson, Nathan.
Steve Luchak, age 90, passed away on Dec. 6, 2018 in Weimer, TX. Steve, along with his brothers August and Martin were all members of Council 2917 at one time. Brother August (Gus) Luchak passed away several years ago and Steve and Martin moved to Weimer and transferred to the KC Council in Weimer. All brothers were very active in Council 2917 when they were members. Steve is survived by his children: Kenneth Luchak, Mark Luchak, Sheila Grigar, Jeff Luchak, Curtis Luchak and several grandchildren.
Francis "Frank" Fucheck of the Woodlands, Texas passed away at the age of 84 on November 20, 2018. Frank was born in North Tarrytown, New York on December 2, 1933 to Steven and Agnes Fucheck and was the second youngest of seven children.
Frank was a member of Council 2917 for several years before transferring to another council. Frank is survived by his wife of 58 years Jane Bradley Fucheck, his sons William Francis ("Bill") Fucheck (Malinda), Glen Bradley Fucheck (Kelly) and daughter Lynn

Denise Ione Morosin Blonstein, age 60 passed away July 31, 2018 in Houston Texas. She was born on January 11, 1958 in Houston to Michael and Ione May Morison, who predeceased her. She is survived by her loving husnabd of 31 years David Samuel Blonstein. Brother Zygmont :Ziggy" Leaon Jankowski, age 95 passed away Tuesday July 10, 2018. Born in Bwllville, Texas he was a loving father and gradfather who had retired from Sears after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Clara Jankowski; granddaughter, Shari Thomas; 10 siblings; and daughter in law, Carla Jankowski. Survived by children, Leon Jankowski, Mary Beard, Lynda Thomas and husband Tom, and Rosie Beniretto.
J'Don Kathrun Bollom, 65 of Katy passed away peacefully at her home on July 8, 2018. J'Don was born April 3, 1953 in New Orleans to Donald & Joan Morrison. Her family relocated to Humble in August 1965. J'Don graduated from St. Pius X HS where she met the love of her life, Marcus Bollman. J'Don was the sister in law of Brothers Kenneth & Robert Bollom. Kenneth & Robert also lost their brother Anthony on Februar 18, 2018.
Brother Alvin Kainer, 91, passed away Saturday June 23, 2018 in Houston, Texas. He was born on November 1, 1926 in High Hill, Texas to Adolph and Wilhelmina Wick Kainer. He was the 7th of 10 children. Alvin married the love of his life, Dorothy Ognoski, on October 20,1951. They had 2 children, Kenneth & Ann. In May of 1946, Al joined the Knights of Columbus in Schulenburg,
TX and became a 3rd degree member. He transferred to Houston Council #2917 in 1948. Al served as Grand Knight for two years and held several offices in the NorthSide Columbus. Al started bowling in the early 1950's with the K of C 2917 Men's Bowling League. He served as league President and Sergeant of Arms. On June 25, 2005 Al was inducted in the K of C International Bowling Hall of Fame. On April 7, 2018 Al had the honor to roll out the first ball to kick off the
55th Men’s State Tournament. Al was preceded in death by his parents, Adolph & Wilhelmina Wick
Kainer; brothers Benno, Ewald, Herbert, Arthur, Alex, and Sonny; sisters Lydia Fenn and Dorothy Duport. He is survived by his son Kenneth, wife Carol and grandson Keith, daughter Ann and special friend Andy, sister Rosalie Lobpries, in-laws and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Margaret Elizabeth Kroll Brossman, 89, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018. Margaret grew up in Richards, Texas and graduated from Richards High School. After graduation, she moved to Houston to live with her aunt and uncle to find a job. She met Ed Brossman and fell in love and enjoyed 59 years of marriage. She was a long time member of Assumption Catholic Church, Harvest Years Group, Ladies Auxiliary 2917, Catholic Daughters of America Court 1750,

Novak and husband Adam of Guerneville, California; grandchildren, Brent Novak and wife Sheila, Meghan Novak, and Allen Calhoun and wife Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Anthony Calhoun, Adriana Calhoun, and Mikey Calhoun; step-children, Cindy Rollman and husband Bruce, John Anderson and wife Jeannie, and Betsy Anderson, and their families. He is preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Dorothy Mae Novak; his brother, Eugene Novak; step-sister, Irene Butschek, and his parents. Henry was a member of Assumption Catholic church for 50 years, serving as a lecturer and Eucharistic Minister (and on-call handy man), an active member of the church’s St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Holy Name Society, the Knights of Columbus, the SPJST Lodge 88, The Harvest Years Society and the POLKA club. He was a loving, devoted husband, compassionate, loving, and supportive father, and doting grandfather and great-grandfather. His children were his pride, his grandchildren were his joy, and his great-grandchildren were his angels. He loved and served God first and foremost. He was definitely a man of service, to his God, to his church, to his family, to his community, and to his friends. He was always ready and willing to help wherever and whenever needed; a fervent volunteer.
Doris Laverne Mendel, 71, of Spring, Tx went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Doris was born October 16, 1946, in Houston, TX to Emil and Leona Benfer. Doris was an active member of Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church where she was a greeter, Eucharistic minister, and served others during their time of loss. Doris is preceded in death by her parents Emil and Leona Benfer. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Brother Knight George Mendel; her son, Steven, and his wife, Shelly; granddaughters, Sydney, Kenzie, and Chelsea; sisters and brothers-in-laws; cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wanda J. (Meleski) Bench, 96, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on April 23, 2018. She was born to Albert and Verna Meleski in Chappell Hill, Texas. As a devout Catholic, she was an active member of the Altar & Rosary Society and Catholic Daughters of America, Court #1750. She was a life-long member of Polish National Alliance Progressive Lodge #2336 and served on the Board of Polish Home Inc. She is survived by her children Jean Baxter and husband Jack, Brother Knight Robert Bench and wife Georgie; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Stephanie Meleski Cegelski, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Malinda Louise Mosquinski, age 91, passed away on April 18, 2018. Born in Brenham, Texas, she was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother and great grandmother. She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church for over 60 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ella Meier; twins, Angeline and Florian Mosquinski; daughter, Florence Voigt; sisters, Elnora Wellbrock, Helena Duch, and Willie Mae Lampe. Survived by her husband of 72 years, Frank Mosquinski; children, Dolores Nona and husband Chester, Brother Knight Frank Mosquinski, Jr . and wife Kathy, David Mosquinski and wife Joan, and Barbara McBride and husband Robert; son-in-law, John Voigt; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Frances Rita Cleboski Baker, aunt of Brother Michael and Mary Goins, passed way on April 17, at the age of 84.
Brother Eugene Stanley Klotz , 85, of Houston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 24, 2018. Gene was born on October 22, 1932 in Bremond, Texas to parents, Albert and Victoria Klotz. He had a career as a Longshoreman for Maritime Association I.L.A, where he later retired. Gene proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of St. Vincent De Paul and the Knights of Columbus Council 2917, He was also a part of the Harvest Years at Assumption Catholic Church and had a strong passion for photography and cooking. Gene is survived by his loving siblings: Theresa Borski, Frances Klotz, Richard Klotz and many loving family members and friends.
Lynda Jean Russell, born on October 25, 1957, passed away on March 11, 2018 at the age of 60. Lynda dedicated her life to her husband, children and family. She also played a vital role in the continued success of the family business Kit's Industries Inc. Lynda is preceded in death by her mother Betty Kitkoski. She is survived by her husband Michael Russell of Montgomery; son Brian Russell of Montgomery; daughter Michelle Russell of Montgomery and daughter and son-in-law Nicole and Hyunwoo Kim of Austin, father Brother Knight Archie Kitkoski Sr. of Montgomery, sister Kathy Wingard of Anderson, Brother Knight Archie Kitkoski Jr. of Conroe, brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Connie Kitkoski of Conroe; niece Kenadi Kitkoski, nephews Ryan Wingard, Nolan Kitkoski and Kyler Kitkoski.
PSD Javier Martinez, Javier was surrounded with family, friends, and tremendous love and peace as well as a medical staff that was lovingly and truly devoted to his care. Javier passed over this morning at 7:45 a.m. on March 3rd 2018 and now begins his journey home to be with our Lord and Savior. Goins. He is survived by his son, Stephen E. Goins; Father, Elbert Eugene Goins, Jr.; brothers: Larry P. Goins, Brother Knight Michael E. Goins (wife, Mary), Chris J. Goins, Denis J. Goins; sisters: Mariana Goins, Angela M. Goins, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Timothy loved and was devoted to his family and was a loyal, true and caring friend. Richard Duane Kuharski, from Chappell Hill, TX passed away Monday, February 5th, 2018 @ Scott & White Hospital in College Station from cardiac complications. Born Jan. 20, 1964 in Houston, Marion and Alice (Jankowiak) Kuharski. He attended Catholic School at St. Ambrose and graduated from St. Pius in 1981. He worked for AT&T for the last 17 years as a Cable Splicer. Richard spent about 10 years in New Braunfels before moving to Chappell Hill where he has enjoyed a peaceful small-town country life. Preceded in death by his mother, Alice Jean Kuharski. Richard is survived by his father, Brother Knight Marion Joseph Kuharski, brother Keith Alan Kuharski, and many relatives and close friends.
Brother Charles Franklin Bilnoski, 66, was greeted by our Lord on Jan. 20, 2018. Charles was born April 25, 1951 to Peter Paul, Sr. and Dorothy Bilnoski, the third of 10 children. Charles is survived by his wife of 40 years, Diane Bilnoski and his 3 children Laura Charbonneau Howlett and husband, Kieran; Patrick Bilnoski and wife, Marcy and Denise Caskey and husband, Glenn. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 brothers, and 5 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jeanne and brother-in-law, Robert Focke.
Clara Margaret Dominik Borski, 91 of Houston, passed away peacefully on Jan. 18, 2018. She was born on Aug. 17, 1926 in Bryan, TX to Louis and Catherine Dominik. Clara was married to her loving husband of 60 years, Rufus Borski and blessed with 7 children. She is survived by her children: Frances & Larry Strelau, Mike Borski, Diane & William Harrell, Raymond & Sara Borski, Geraldine & Fred McClosky, Bernard and Debbie Borski, Mark and Terry Borski, 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
